General Mentoring

Description

Weekly Entrepreneur Mentoring Zoom Meeting Agenda

  • Duration: 60–90 minutes
  • Frequency: Weekly
  • Facilitator: Mentor or rotating group leader

1. Welcome & Check-in (10-15 mins)

Quick round of introductions (for new members)
Each participant shares:
Win of the week (business success, milestone, lesson learned)
Biggest challenge (where they need help)

2. Featured Topic / Training (20-30 mins)

Mentor or guest speaker presents on a relevant business topic Example topics:
  • Marketing strategies
  • Financial planning
  • Scaling & growth
  • Sales techniques
  • Mindset & resilience
  • Networking & partnerships
  • Q&A session

3. Hot Seat Coaching (20-30 mins) One or two entrepreneurs present their business challenge in-depth

  • Group brainstorms solutions & mentor provides guidance
  • Actionable takeaways for the individual

4. Accountability & Goal Setting (15 mins)

Participants share:

  • Progress on last week's goal
  • New goal for the coming week
  • Group or mentor provides feedback & support

5. Closing & Next Steps (5-10 mins) Recap key takeaways

Announce upcoming meetings, events, or special guests
Final thoughts & encouragement
